Hello, my name is Eric Chicoine.
Today was our first full day off in Abu Dhabi, we were able to sleep until we wanted and got breakfast at the hotel. After that we all decided to go to the Corniche beach right down the road and laid out in the sun. Today was a nice 75 degrees but a little windy, the beach had many things to do and was massive, we rented some electric scooters and got lunch there. From there we went back to the hotel and jumped in hot tub. Since having the whole day off we were able to explore all of Abu Dhabi and its amazing culture meeting many nice locals. A bunch of guys and I got the traditional Emirati outfit called the Kandura, and visited both the Al Wahda mall and the Sheikh Zayed mosque which was breath taking. We wrapped up the day with a great dinner and are all looking forward to next week when we visit Dubai.
